Weight Loss Management

Dr Caetlin Jopson has run a multidisplinary Weight Management Clinic since 2017.  Caetlin understands that weight loss is NOT just about “eat less, move more” but is a complex condition requiring a holistic comprehensive approach.

She has experience in managing weight loss for many types of patients:

  • Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease
  • Prevention of chronic disease such as prediabetes, heart disease and arthritis

Dr Caetlin Jopson is passionate about empowering women in understanding perimenopause and menopause. She will educate you on the fascinating changes that occur at this stage of life and implement strategies for a healthy menopause transition and beyond.

Caetlin is proactive in initiating hormone replacement therapy (HRT) tailored to your specific needs. She also does a comprehensive assessment on bone health and blood tests to assess your current health status.

Healthy Ageing

Dr Caetlin Jopson has a strong interest in healthy ageing and much experience managing middle life and older life patients.  As a woman in her 50’s and with a mother with dementia, she has lived experience in understanding the importance of implementing health changes at this time of life.

Caetlin will do a full assessment including blood tests and other testing as needed to assess your current health and give tailored advice suited to your individual needs.

We all know movement has a role in weight loss, but it is important for everything else. If you don’t use it … you lose it!

Movement increases dopamine which is the feel-good hormone. Even just stretches or a walk can help your brain and body to feel better.
